Service Description
Treat the new addition to your family with a gentle introduction to grooming that will set them up for a lifetime of salon success! We cover all the basics including gentle shampoo and condition, nail trim, and face/paw/rear trim for those fluffy puppies.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment I acknowledge that my dog must be up to date with all vaccines and be in good health. If my dog has any health or behaviour issues I must relay them prior to the start of service and give The Barkery the option to determine whether my dog is suitable for grooming. Any medical issues uncovered/inflamed by the grooming process will not become the responsibility of the groomer to treat and The Barkery will not be held responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the client for any reason. If my dog has matting that cannot be brushed comfortably I agree to allow those areas to be taken as short as necessary for the safety of my pet. I acknowledge that photos of my dog may be taken and posted to social media. I acknowledge that I must show up on time for my appointment to avoid late fees. Missed appointments will require to be paid for in advance prior to re-booking. If you will be late or need to cancel last minute please let us know as soon as possible to give us the best chance at accommodating.
